Excuse the dirty truck but had 295/65/20 geolander X-At tires wrapped on fuel rebel wheels put on today, along with the new Rough Country Cat back exhaust! So in love with this truck

Wheels look great ,  what offset did you choose..??

They are 20x9 on +1 offset. We had ended up trimming the mud flaps, removing the mud flap bracket, and pulling back the wheel well liner back as far as it would go with zip ties. Still has the slightest rub on full lock but I can live with it

Hi All,

Well yesterday installed my Stampede hood deflector, dash cam and shorty antenna. Plan to do a how-to for the dash cam install if anyone is interested. Next up is getting the windows tinted and step bars.

I went sledding and got my truck dirty.

It wasn't intentional, but everything thawed out while I was riding so I ended up in a mess.  I was really pleased with my AT4.  It got me home and I don't think my old '16 Sierra 5.3 SLT would have been able to do that.  At one point I had to unload the sleds so my AT4 could drag the trailer through deeper stuff.  FYI, I am running General Grabber studded snow tires on the stock wheels which were great when everything was frozen, but the Duratracs would have made the ride home alot easier.

Towing with the 3.0 and 10-spd was pretty smooth.  Better than the 5.3 in every way, more similar to the 6.2 except at the top end.  Fuel mileage on the freeway (80mph) was about 10 mpg which is also similar to the 6.2 with this same load.  The 6.6 HD 2500 will pull this same trailer at a consistent 14.8 mpg anywhere and every day of the week.   In a headwind the 5.3 or 6.2 mpg's will typically drop in half so I am hoping that the 3.0 will maintain that 10mpg result more consistently.  Time will tell...
