Ordered new tires today getting them tomorrow stayed with the stock size BFG KO2s

Tires of the poor traction with the stock Goodyear’s. With winter coming I don’t want to screw around

I can’t for the life of me figure why they keep putting absolute junk tires on new vehicles. My 2016 Silverado had crappy tires, my 20 was the same (had the 1 yr old tires from the 16 brought over to the 20), last two cars I bought for my wife from Chevy were the same (Malibu and Equinox). I know they’re quiet and cheap but, come on!

My 2020 has Michelin Primacy LTX in a 265/65R18. So far they have performed great. My '16 Colorado I had before this truck came stock with Goodyear tires that were horrible. I switch to Michelin LTX tires on it and loved them. I ran 2 sets of them on my Colorado before getting the RST. When these OEM Michelin tires need replacing I will probably go with the LTX or if I can find a set of black 18" or 20" take off wheels whatever tires are on them.

Nice! I had been wondering if you would ditch the Trailrunner ATs at some point. With that nice truck and the 2" lift, those tires never did you justice.

Tried out the new Airlift airbags. It leveled out the truck perfectly and tows a lot better.

Thank you! It’s a 2000 SS with forged 370, F1A-94 procharger, powerglide transmission. It was my first time taking it out with the new setup. Ran mid 9’s. I was having converter issues though. I’ll be back soon to try it out again.

Yes, for the time being it is. Tags are to date and I still take it to local car meets. I soon want to make it a full drag car though.

Big upgrade weekend. Add a 4” zone lift (so gives me 6” total), Fox 2.5 coilovers in the front, Fox 2.0 in the rear, flares, new tires and wheels.

?? Just the beefier shoulder of the KO2 alone makes it look much, much better. ??
