How would I go about getting a replacement window sticker or installed options build sheet for my 2017 Silverado??

The only way to get a copy of your window sticker is if you bought it new.  I just bought one used and was surprised to find that out.

I sent them an email this morning at 8:32am and received a response with my build sheet at 8:44am, crazy!

Thanks for the info 300 Blackout!

Email [email protected]

Be sure to include your VIN and request a build sheet. They will email it to you within a couple days.

I bought my truck from dealer as a demo.

Did not have window sticker told them I wanted one.

They ordered it and I had it within a week.

Hope this helps.

I'm going to email and get build sheet.

Thanks for info.

Wouldn't the "window sticker" be required, by law, to be present?

I'm not sure.

I did see the window sticker on their site via a link to GM so I knew the prices and options.

It was misplaced as it was the general managers demo along with the key for the lug nuts.

I got both so I was happy especially with a $14,700 discount on a current year high country.

I believe it has to be displayed on any vehicle offered for sale, given that it has not yet been titled. "The Monroney sticker or window sticker is a label required in the United States to be displayed in all new automobiles and includes the listing of certain official information about the car."

Learn something new everyday.

When the rigs are used for demos by the management, they normally forget about it, roll down the window and beat the crap out of them. So most take them off of the window and put them in the glove box, wheel lock was probably lost when they did the initial inspection when the truck arrived.

Like the koolaid man says oh yea!

I knew that going in just went with them for the deal on the truck that's it.  Haven't been back since.  Use local dealer for warranty work and free oil changes.

Nothing in glove box.  Not even owners manuals.

They had to order them also.  Who knows when I take door panel off I might find the original window sticker.  As for the key for lug nuts they just plain lost it or used it for another vehicle that was missing it.  The 22's were dealer installed and they were the ones that put the locks on as they were having to many wheels stolen.

They were bought out the last day on October 2018.  Havent been back up there to see how the new owner is and probably will not.

Owners manual was taken and given to another customer in another truck. Good news is that you were able to get them all. You did not mention if all of the warranty cards were with the wheel lock. Need those if you ever want to get an extra or replace if you loose current one.

    • Can ask that about a lot of places.   Holiday sells 91 for $1 over 87 octane. BP 93 is 80 cents. Amoco 93 is 80 cents Kwik Trips is $1.20 for 92 or whatever they have and $1 for the 91.   I know that this is not exactly same as what you are saying with the premium to premium debate of those two stations but why is there such a difference. Top Tier this and that, it's all BS. All the fuel comes from the same damn refinery, so give me a break.
    • Why does Mobil Premium cost 90 cents a gallon more than Shell Premium when their regular offerings are but pennies apart?
    • Was all the way down to $3.69 a gallon but then jumped back to $3.99 just because for some reason.   Diesel floats between $4.80's to $5.10ish a gallon. I even saw Diesel #1 for $6.09 today but nobody in there right mind even buys that in the summer.
    • Mine just keeps lagging or getting stuck on the reverse camera. When I turn off the truck, get out, and close the door it will still stay on. It’s very intermittent and I would not be able to duplicate the issue.
    • I was checking out fuel prices at my farm fuel retailer at their pumps and yes the farm price is a bit lower than the non dyed fuel and was glad to see that the regular farm gas price has dropped a lot from what it had been but what blew me away was the price of diesel as the spread now compared to before the prices went up earlier in the year, diesel was actually slightly lower than gas which was a switch from the theme the last number of years. However that sure isn't the theme lately and definitely not right now. The prices I will post are not from that retailer but just looking at gasbuddy for the main city in this area and instead of posting the lowest price someone found I will list the higher price ( and that may not be the highest price, just whatever someone posted on gasbuddy ).   So regular gas and there are a lot of stations listing the same price for regular is 1.68 a liter, premium 2.00 a liter. Diesel 2.03 a liter for a top price I saw on diesel.   Figures out to 6.36 a us gallon Canadian funds for regular and 7.68 for diesel. With the US exchange rate it would be 4.58 us for regular and 5.53 for diesel.    Thought I would figure that out to get a picture of what it settles out like compared to various US prices and its about the same as the current price in Fairbanks AK as Anchorage tends to be lower. So yes, these would be the prices and higher along the way on the Alaska highway where they know they have a captured market !, for fuel prices for those beginning the long drive back to the lower 48   The problem is our Canadian dollar and going to the states that have the high prices, boy do we pay then !
