That looks good! Does this one have blinkers/flashes/backup white light too?

Yep.  It does everything.  Turn Signals and Reverse Lights. Really Simple Install Took Longer to get the Tailgate off of my truck than to put this thing on.  

 

I used the CURT 55384 Replacement Vehicle-Side Custom USCAR 4-Pin Trailer Wiring Harness from Amazon, so no splicing was needed to the truck harness. 

 

They have a rigid version as well, but it's twice the price. The flexible version was perfect for me.  It stuck on there real nice after rubbing the surface down with adhesion promoter. I marked a straight line on the tail and laid it out nice and straight.

Does this use up your 4-pin connector at all times?

Not if you use the CURT 55384 Wiring harness.  It installs behind the bumper inline with the vehicle wiring harness giving you a second 4 pin connector for your lights bars.

Nice.

 

Your link was a dead end. I'll use the part # now.

 

I like the idea of keeping the stock 4pin connector, in the "waterproof" housing, instead of a Y connector or pigtail.
