Suggestion on Wheel and Tire Size?

Hi everyone, I am new with this forum so if this isn't the right place to put this question please let me know.  Anyways I have a new 2019 Silverado 1500 and am looking at getting new wheels and tires.  The only modification i've done is have a 2" leveling kit done, other than that I have stock 17" wheels with standard tires.  I would like to get bigger more aggressive tires for some off-roading but still have good on road handling.  I am not looking to get huge tires, just bigger than stock.  I am fairly sure I want to get method NV wheels.  If anyone has any idea what my limitations are as far as wheel and tire size that would be great.  Any help is greatly appreciated, Thanks!

I have a stock Silverado non trailboss and I put on 275/60 r20 Ridge Grapplers on my stock 20inch rims and didn’t have a problem at all
