Thanks GB. I just figured out that my truck has an external cooler so in theory (with a TBV delete) during super cold weather the fluid may not get above 60-80f.

Or just put the 154 pill in my housing. Honestly, to some degree I am fixing something that isn’t broken…..Yesterday it was 109f on the way home (25 miles highway and 4-5 in town) and it didn’t get over 183f. On the way to work today it was 70f and temp didn’t exceed 161. I initially started thinking about this (delete) just to prevent the stat from sticking but it does get down in the teens in the winter and this 8L90 shifts better when over 120f………
