Problems with Entertaining System

Hi all,

 

my 2017 Z71 has been having issue for a while now and getting worse. CarPlay will just put calls on hold randomly, sometimes calls go to hold over Bluetooth even. Sometimes the screen stops being responsive to touch and I have to use the menu knob. Something’s it randomly changes screens, opens settings, tries to adjust the clock, like it’s possessed. 
 

I have it at a dealership right now getting the 50k service and asked them to look into it and he called and said nothing. Can’t find any issues.  I explained again and he said he would relay to the tech… I am not confident and unsure what to even ask. 
 

any input or advice would be super helpful. Thank you much.

In regards to CarPlay, is your phone up to date? CarPlay gets updated when you plug your phone into the truck after updating it to the latest iOS version. I think two or three updates ago, there was an update that addressed CarPlay issues.

Thanks, but yeah my iPhone is always on the newest version
