Since you asked our thoughts, I'll preface this with the fact that I'm not a huge fan of lowered trucks as I'm much more into function over form.  The only modification that I see on the truck is the lowering, but I cant tell what components were utilized or how the lowering effect was accomplished.

Having bought a set myself, I like the AT4 wheels, but 18" wheels on a lowered truck do not look adequate.  Most guys who lower their truck do so to make it look "sporty" in their eyes, and lower profile tires tend to aide that endeavor more so than taller sidewalls.  I still personally love the wheel though.

An AT4 off road package (basically increased height and ground clearance) badge on a lowered, street queen rings of irony.  I'd pull the badges personally.

The truck looks very clean and I know the single cab, SWB trucks are popular platforms for people to start their "performance" builds with.  Personally, I wouldn't care what other people thought though, you do you and modify the truck to your needs and desires.  If you like the look, the stance, and the performance then everybody else's opinion doesn't matter :)

Good luck with your future modifications and keep us updated on its progress!

I wouldn't lower an off-road trim truck, but that's just me. If you like it, who cares what I think.

Is that a true AT4 regular short cab? All we get in the US is the lame regular cab short bed and only engine option is the 4 banger turbo. I want at least a 5.3 and would love it in the bright blue.

Looks awesome. Love the stance. Can’t stand lifted pavement pounding princess trucks!!  This truck is a street truck and you’re using it and built it for its intended purpose.  I’d suggest putting 22 or even 24 inch wheels on it.

GM needs to hit the street truck market with this type of “stance”. 👍 Congrats.
