Front end noise 2019 sierra limited

My 2019 sierra limited has been making a noise in the front end for a little while now, I installed a readylift 4 inch lift in it back in November and after I had it on a dirty road I noticed that it almost has a knocking sound on the drivers side that I can feel right under my left foot on the firewall/floor, I had it put up on the hoist and was told it was probably the exhaust hitting, but I can't really see anywhere it would hit while driving down the road. Although now after reading some forums I'm thinking it might be a heat shield or somewhat loose somewhere between the fender and the engine,  if anybody else has had this similar problem and knows a possible fix let me know, any and all help is appreciated!!!!!
