Rough Country Leveling Kit Installed

Well I finally got around to installing my Rough Country 2" leveling kit. I have to say that it was really easy once I did the first side. The help on this forum and videos really made it a breeze. Now to get an alignment tomorrow. I though I'd share some pics of before and after. It really turned out great!

If I had to pick one mod I like the most, this would be it. Best $70 I ever spent on my truck to improve the look in my opinion. Looks good, I am a fan of the white mirror caps with the black handles on your truck as mine is the same way. Gives it a balanced look to me. Enjoy the level.

Thanks! I completely agree. It's a great mod for only $70. I figured the handles match the black nerf bars and will match my ranch hand grille guard once it's installed. You've got a great looking truck. I can't wait until these tires wear out so I can throw on some bigger tires!

I just got my bigger tires a week ago ....... Never thought the old ones were gonna wear out so I could justify to the wife buying bigger new ones haha ..... Just got my nerf bars powder coated black and agree the look is good with the black handles.

I just got my truck aligned after installing the leveling kit and now it pulls to the right. Do any of you have suggestions of why this is now happening? From what I've read it means my caster is out of alignment. Would those of you that have a leveling kit installed and aligned correctly mind posting your alignment specs?

I'm heading back to the shop on Friday to have mine fixed. They must have done something wrong since my steering wheel isnt straight. Only thing they had to really adjust was the toe on my truck.

Before I had mine realigned, the caster, camber, and toe on the right side were all out. Looks like a pot hole did more damage than I thought. I guess I will be taking it back tomorrow to have them fix it again.

That looks great! Im really debating if I want to do this. I dont plan on upgrading my tire size any time soon an I worry the stock 265/65/18s will look out of place with the front end up. But that doesnt look bad at all.

Thanks! I was worried about the same thing but I think it turned out nice. The gap in the front wheel wells is now even with the rear so it looks stock IMO. I say go for it!
