Front end noises

On my 96 chevy k1500 I am getting a clicking noise from what seems like the front left. My truck has new tie rods idler and pitman arm and ball joints, driver side cv joint ,both wheel hub assemblies are new, transfer case fluid is good, shocks are new, sway bar links are new,

The sound gets faster with speed

If I jack the front tires up and spin them forward there is no sound but backwards it clicks on both front sides.

The click seems to come from more the outer part of the transfer case but I'm not sure.

So today I needed to use my 4 wheel drive so I pulled the lever, and my front tires would get power then lose power a couple times and when they lost power there was a clicking. could all the clicking noises be the actuator not i engaging all the way making it stay part way in 4wd?

Yes that is possible. I would remove the actuator and hook back to wiring. Shift in and out of 4wd and make sure it is working. Any doubt replace it.
