Here is my new truck. 6.2L is fantastic. First tankful I averaged 22mpg (babying the truck for break-in)

First new vehicle ever purchased. I've always been a used car man. But working on cars all the time can become tiring.

I found that the 3m wrap is a hair more visually unappealing. Meaning, I think it may be a little thicker so u can notice that it has been installed. Unless u get a full hood wrap. I think the xpel did a better job at concealing it's even there. As far as protective properties, their both great quality. Not one better than the other. But the xpel dries water better and is little more resistant to scratches and coloring. I got a full front bumper kit including partial fender and side mirrors and also partial hood wrap for $1000. Hope that helps.

Thanks for the info

I am probably just doing the lower bumper anyway, so install won't be too noticeable

Quick pic from the parking lot at work. I'm sandwiched between a couple nice GMCs.

I always love parking next to another 14 haha

There will usually be a RAM in this corner too, but we must have scared him away. (or he's off today [emoji14]). So, that is why I took the pic, no RAM to get in the way or photoshop out.

If you really want to piss him off, call it a DODGE. They hate that.

(It's actually more insulting than FIAT.)

Really nice color truck! That blue looks nicer every time I see it. It really stands out between the black & white Sierra.

But it is a Dodge, what's to get pissed off about?

GM : Silverado / Sierra

Ford : F150

Toyota : Tundra

Nissan : Titan

Dodge : Ram

Am I missing something maybe? Calling a vehicle the name of the manufacturer should not anger a normal human being.

Thank you. The blue is great, but I like just about all the colors.

RAM spun off from the Dodge label, or that's at least how they try to spin it or advertise it.

Dodge trucks went from Dodge, to Dodge Ram to Ram.

They were very intentional to remove any mention of the word Dodge from the Ram truck brand.

If you look at any Dodge dealership sign, it clearly says "Dodge -- Jeep -- Ram".

Dodge trucks since the 50's have always had a reputation of being cheap, crappy trucks, with bad transmissions.

The Dodge "image" was something that Chrysler Corporation was very deliberate in hiding and eliminating in the new line of trucks.

Dodge = bad perception = bad image.

That's why "Ram" truck owners hate it when you call their truck a Dodge!

Didn't they do that to there "supercar" the Viper? Isn't that whole brand just SRT and not dodge? I understand that there is a Dodge Challenger/Charger RT but I could've sworn SRT was exclusive to those cars/engines.
