Oakley's, iPod, probably a couple pens and a bottle of cologne in the center console, extra quart of M1 EP 5w30, flashlight, oh and my rebel flag up on my visor

And in my toolbox: ratchet straps, 20 ft. chain, and a lawn chair for bonfires

in My Little Aveo, I have a Compact umbrella, a microfiber Cloth, an Ice Scraper, and an Actron CP9550 Pocket Scan Plus Code Reader for reading DTCs on the Fly in the Driver's Map Pocket. in the Console, I keep my Phone Charger as well as my Aux Cable for my Phone/MP3 Player. in the Spare Tire Well, I have a small Roadside Emergency Kit that the Dealership I bought my Aveo From threw in for free (has Jumper Cables, a Flashlight, Gloves, a HELP Sign, and a small ineffective First Aid Kit.), a 30 Piece Kobalt 3/8" Drive Socket Set, as well as the Tools Chevrolet Provided from the Factory (the Jack, Lug Wrench, and a nifty little Combination Philips/Flathead Screwdriver!) in the Truck, we have a Rope, a Poncho, a 7 to 4 pin Trailer Wiring Adapter, a Small Road Atlas (We like OnStar, but we Don't Like it enough to spend the money for the DnC Plan), the Receiver Hitch with a 2" ball for our boat (or any other Trailer), as well as Phone Chargers, an Aux Cable, and Pens in case we need to write something down.

been at the beach too?

No. I live in a very dusty area

I can vouch for Chris, Bakersfield is in a Desert Climate, and it can get quite dusty especially in the summer.

The most important thing I carry is a camp toilet it folds up and sits between the fuel tank and box front behind the cab. Wet wipes and toilet paper in seat back. Out in the hills you never know when you might have a movement. :D Also carry a cutting board in that space.

Also carry 30' tow rope, come along, tire chains, assorted tools, gojo, wd40, assorted clevises, couple butt chains, extension cord (have a 600W inverter wired in with a outlet in the box), couple fillet knives in pork chop toolbox. between toolbox and box side carry 10' water hose and nozzle. Snow shovel between toolbox and fenderwell.

Under the rear seat litebox flashlight, mini air compressor, tire plug kit, paper towels, ziplock bags, Kozak towel, window cleaner, microfiber towels, little bag full of ratchet straps and bungees..

In upper glove box pair of binos. Lower glove box first aid stuff, lens wipes (for bino, sunglasses, and rifle scopes)

Lower center console ammo. Center console a bunch of junk.

Under hood 40' jumper cables. Grandpa always kept them coiled up under the hood always thought that was a good idea cuz that's were your going to need them anyhow
