Mine at 7" rubbed so bad cab side I had to cut metal and sledge hammer it back to turn full lock, your body style has a little bigger wheel well though.

I'm pretty sure you'll have to stick with a 35 if you plan to run a wide wheel with a high negative offset. Those 37's will be rubbing bad and prob be impossible to drive.

dude, my buddy ran 37's on 20x10's with levelling kit and fender cut-outs on the exact same year 2500hd. not as much offset but you get the point, some fender massaging they will probly rub a bit but wont be too bad i bet!

There had to be some extreme fender hacking. Lots of metal.

6.0l gas. rebuilt motor. bigger cam, valve springs, 3 angle valve job, milled heads 10 thou, cold air intake, throttle body space, new spark plug wires, long tube headers, magnaflow muffler Gibson pipes cat delete 5in tip. should be mid 400s ft-LB and HP. just waiting on doing a tune. I have a diablo tuner but want to get a custom tune to put it all together. I do have one engine light im dealing with, something with the knock sensors to figure out. 250 miles on motor so far. also need some paint work on rockers. por15 them but need to redo sand an paint over with color of truck. 07 and + emblems and cab lights. gears are 4:10!

also did transfer case fix.

your knick sensors are under the intake manifold and are prone to go out due to water damage. This code will put you in limp mode.

yes but I replaced them last yea and the harness.. siliconed them in too.. im getting the code that means low circuit input bank 1.. how would you know if the truck is in limp mode?

so I was doing some research and my tires will stick out about half way with a 4.75 backspacing and a -44 offset. mounted in a 1/4in more than stock then sticking out about 4in more?

am I right that's how that works?

the pcm has set parameters if certain codes are set it will automatically go to the richest maps. I know knock sensor is one of them

that would explain why its pretty sluggish. well its either nock sensors, nock sensor wires, or pcm.... any way to test them or just start replacing $$$$$

Sounds about right to me. Photobucket won't cooperate right now, I'll post a pic of how far mine stuck out soon.

well you will know if it is a sensor if you find it full of water

well it wont be that the thing. I just put the motor back together. I had them out for about a year while I was getting the money to rebuild motor. I just put them in 250 miles ago with black silicone. theres no actual way of testing? air intake gaskets are $45.. that's a lot to spend to look at it.

ok. thank you!

pm sent, intake gaskets on these engines are reusable

bell tire said $1314 out the door for toyo mts discount said they will match it for the nitto trails? good deal? also $1080 for the moto metal 20x12 -44 offset rims but I asked him to see what he can get that's similar look 20x12 -24 offset. so we will see and see if there cheaper. now just gotta decide to put $2400 on a credit card and get a nice dirtbike cheap right now or pay half of the tires and rim in cash and get a dirtbike when there more expensive in the summer.... errrr.

Also thank you HzHardy thank you for that good info I will prolly take them and replace them if I can figure it out!
