I have weathertech. Happy with them so far.

Any drilling required with the weathertech flaps? I understand the huskys require an additional hole to be drilled through the sheet metal of the truck. Would like to avoid this if possible. Pics?

I also posted this in 50 and under mods but...There's a guy nearby me who's willing to trade a black powder coated front and rear bumper for my chrome set so I decided to test out a black bumper by plastidipping my chrome one. Only did the front for now. His will have the fog light cut outs, which mine do not. On another note, I'll be changing out the cabin air filter tomorrow since the previous owner was a smoker.

Snuck a few things in before leaving for two weeks

Put on the tow mirrors that have been sitting in my garage

And got my new Rhino Rack Pioneer Platform mounted on the shell after having to exchange the tracks because the first set was too long for the short bed. I'm really digging this thing.

I also got my first good ding two weekends ago. We were trying out an alternate forest service road to get to my friend's land, not realizing it involved a 7-8 mile 4WD/Jeep trail up and over Elwood Pass in CO. We got through all the rocks and ruts, only to bottom out in the last mud pit about 500 yards before the improved road picked back up. Bent the hell out of my driver's side running board and ripped out a bracket. Unfortunately I didn't get any pictures of the trail, but there's plenty of YouTube videos of Elwood Pass if you're interested.

My Husky's required no drilling. There is an option to drill, but it is not needed.

It is a good trade if you like the look of the black. I prefer the looks of the chrome bumper on your truck.

- Debadged, minus the door trim, and installed 2 inch leveling kit. Also did paint matched door handles and mirror caps. 35% tint on windshield with 5% brow. 20% on the rest of the windows

- Taking off the rear bowtie was a pain. But worth it in my opinion

Cant forget specs on wheels: 20x10 -19mm Hostile Sprockets. Black and milled (Blade Cut). 305/50/20 Nitto NT420s.

Any issues with being pulled over for your window tint? I am a fellow Michigander and wondered. Beautiful truck BTW!

When the 2014+ models came out, I didn't care for the Sierra very much but I must admit, it is growing on me.

Installed the Fox 2.0 kit today.

Went from 37" to 38.5" front and stayed at 39.5" rear.

First impression, feels like a much better ride, especially when hitting speed bumps and such.

Wish it got me closer to the 2" lift in front. Perhaps the additional weight from the 6.2L is causing the front to sag.

Non-aluminum control arms.

I was surprised the fox springs were smaller vs. stock.

Before on top, after on bottom.

added OPT7 LED fogs... and took out the sping in my headlight switch to allow the DRLs to be turned off and stay off (have HIDs installed)

going to wire the fogs so they run as DRL instead... that to come this week!

No issues yet, my last truck had the same combo for window tint as well.
