I don't have any pictures but I did the DL3 mirror upgrade to have all the sweet features.  Thanks @pgamboa.

I've had the mirrors and the factory harness now for about a year. Still have not done it. I need to buy Phil's harnesses and a switch and just do it.

Just do it.  It is so easy.  It took me an hour for the 1st door just because I was being meticulous about everything and trying to fully understand the entire process from start to finish.  The 2nd door took me 20 minutes and that is including swapping the mirror caps from chrome to black.

The hardest part was the damn moisture barrier on the doors.  My driver side barrier ripped in 3 different places. ? Tip: use a sharp trim removal tool to sort of... scrape along the seal as you pull it away from the door so it doesn't rip.  Lesson learned.  Nothing a bit of heavy duty duct tape can't fix.

ya, I saw that $500+ and on permanent backorder, all I need is a bracket and I can make some other lights work for way less cost, it's ridiculous to make a product that has a market but then price yourself out of the market, if they cut the price in half they could still make money and sell more of them.  I might take one of these oem lights out and have someone with a 3d printer take some measurements and make some brackets, or a machine shop, doesn't seem to be anyone selling any alternatives. But i'm still looking around at this point, thanks for responding.

I will one way or another just dropped my wad on this truck so I have to spend most my time making that money back, once I have a little time to spare I will pull one of those housings out and see what can be done, can't be all that hard don't understand why there isn't more aftermarket support.

You must make more money than I. I wouldn’t think twice to install a combo patch plug in that and run her until bald!
Not knocking anyone. But the way of older days seem to be gone. No one seems to know how to even throw a plug in a tire! I am out in the woods alone all the time. A plug kit is always in the truck skiing with 12v compressor

ducklawyer Great looking pup you got there. Sunglasses are a nice touch, haha.

Thanks! He’s a pretty good dog. Ready for duck season to start in AR to have a few more of these:

Couldnt agree with you more. My generation (24YO, born '95) is the most informed, world-at-its-feet generation and they couldnt find a hammer in a hardware store if they walked in with it.

ordered the Katech 80mm l83 ported throttle body, B&M 70392 deep trans pan and a tru-cool 40k, got to figure out how to mount up the tru-cool and avoid the active shutters looks like there might be enough room, has anybody added the tru cool on the 2018? any tips? I already took out the trans thermostat didn't help much.
