cpaul55 Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 I replaced the cabin filter. At 41,000 miles I don't know if it was changed previously, but it was black and choked full of leaves and stuff. 2
coachmac Posted November 17, 2019 Posted November 17, 2019 (edited) Cleaned her inside and out today. Bought her brand new 14 months ago. Have installed Amp Power Steps, oem dl3 mirrors with help from Phil Gamboa’s harness, center console with Homelink, radar detector, and a dash cam. My old 94 extended cab is in the back ground. Have owned her for 24 years. My oldest son currently drives her. Edited November 17, 2019 by coachmac 4

If it was clogged up, definitely worth changing. If you are unfortunate enough to get a single leaf sucked into your AC fan just under the filter, which just happened to me, get an air compressor with air nozzle and blast in that slot that the filter comes out of, and you'll clear it.Sent from my SM-J810F using Tapatalk
HeySkippyDog Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Just the front? Maybe he's got a single cab!I understand, as rare as those are, few to none come to the chop shop! [emoji1787]Sent from my SM-J810F using Tapatalk 1 1

HeySkippyDog Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 Lol he actually has a crew cab [emoji23] Just wondering how the back ones look like [emoji38]I didn't click the link, looked like weathertech to me. My dad has those in his 17 Sierra front and back, I'll take a picture when he visits Friday if you want. Oops, the post had Husky liners. Sent from my SM-J810F using Tapatalk

HeySkippyDog Posted November 18, 2019 Posted November 18, 2019 The weathertech rear is a 1 piece unit that pretty much covers every part of the carpet. They cost a pretty penny, but my dad is a real piece of work when it comes to his trucks. I need to get a photo of the stash of microfiber towels under his rear seats. Mine? I've got GoJo hand cleaner, 5 D-cell MagLite, greasy jumper cables, and my spare tire tools unbolted and free because nothing is more frustrating than that big wingnut with 4x as many excess threads to turn it past. He and mom visit every other weekend to see the kids and if my truck has EVEN ONE bug stuck to it, he'll tell me about it as he goes out to wash his from the drive over. As a kid, he'd send me outside to wash my truck if it had anything on it. Even now being over 30, he'll tell me my truck is dirty. Sent from my SM-J810F using Tapatalk 2

I contacted the seller and they are going to send me an RMA to return and a full refund. They are super bright though and I like that but I was looking to not have to add resistors and by reading the description, I thought these would have worked out. So, I'll be sending these back and looking for a pair of 2018 factory LED taillights or something similar now.
