What have you done to your K2 today?

What muffler did you go with?? Were the corsa tips a perfect fit?

I went with an 18" Magnaflow and I love the sound of it. The Corsa style tip wasn't a perfect fit but its close enough. Its not terrible but I just wish it was centered a bit more between the wheel well and the rear bumper. Yours will likely fit better with the Volant pipe.

I have slight OCD so if it's not perfect i will put it in the trashcan haha

That magnaflow is plan B if i dont like the volant after i install the headers.

Funny you say that as I am the same way. I'm already thinking about taking it to a shop that can cut out a 2-3" section after the last hanger, weld it back up, and weld the tip on as well. That should get the tip centered exactly where I want it.

Alright, here it is, everything I've done today. Pretty busy but well worth it. Got it cleaned this morning at the local car wash (did a decent job).

Got back home and started off by replacing the front pads and rotors with Power Stop brakes and rotors severe duty truck and tow model

Moved on to the rear assist springs, easy install. Also hit the u bolts with the impact to make sure they were tight

Went ahead and covered the front and rear bowties with black vinyl, need to redo the rear bc I messed up cutting it so a little gold is showing

And last but not least I finally installed my bumper step LED's! This is my favorite of all the mods I've done so far, it just looks cool lol

Lol I removed the vacuum line to the intake (off my catch can) and seafoamed the engine. Didn't really do anything so I poured the other 2/3rds of the bottle in the tank

Just letting you know after some fiddling I got the wind noise down to where it sounds like the ac blower is on lowish. If you want to hear it in person let me know.

Also got her washed!post-137629-145601870176_thumb.jpg
