Yes, I am assuming that chuckl1218 is not looking at the bottom of the page. Great idea, and I have used these in the semi trucks over the years.

I installed one and love it. Now I have handles all over the truck. Even if you don't use it to help getting in your truck it makes it look complete. I use it with a cell phone mount that way my texts show up where they are visible in large bold size since my link doesn't show texts. Lol

Just to confirm that the gray driver side assist handle part number is 23135699. The gm accessory site for my local dealer doesn't clarify driver side or passenger side so I wanted to be sure.

Went to my dealer and the parts guy said they only make it for the passenger side. He ran my num and said that the part number is a valid part but didn't match to my vehicle. Anyone get this part and installed it in a 2014 Silverado LT Z71?

I have it, and it is the correct part for the Driver's side. I have a '14 LT z71, and the the truck comes with one on the passenger's side... So... it makes sense that the one chevy has made available for ordering is not the one that comes standard on the truck. Install is easy as can be and it makes a huge difference.

 

PMattras has the correct information for the Driver's side.

I ordered one of these from my dealer, but apparently GM has put a hold on new orders. No idea why, but I've been waiting 3 weeks now… Can't wait to get it, let alone install it…

Check EBay. That's where I purchased mine on Dec 29th

And it came with bolts.

i have a WT truck and ordered mine the day i had my truck

it's the same driver handle for all silverado and sierra

 

took 3 min to install and it come with everything to install

 

better look and usefull to get in or out of truck instead prying the steering wheel each time loll

Look close, they are in a plastic bag, and are almost the same color as the trim, IIRC. Not saying they are not there, especially if they opened the box for you.
