Cocoa Dune Interior - floor mat colour choice

Recommended Posts

I have the cocoa dune interior and just got a set of husky weather beater BLACK floor mats. They are great, but the colour is bugging me. With the brown carpet they just don't look right. Wife says nobody will care, but I do. I originally thought that the tan would look brutal, but now I am not sure. What colour of mats did you guys with the cocoa dune interior go with ?? Pics please.

I got the black Weathertech floormats. Looks okay to me. In bright sun, black and brown does look strange, but most times I am not looking at it. They cover most of the carpet so you really don't see the cocoa carpeting.

I have not bought weather tech's yet due to deciding between black and tan. I am leaning toward tan but would like to see some pic's.

I am going to go to one of the truck acc places on monday and put the tan mats in for comparison . Will report back.

I just traded in my silverado on a Sierra with cocoa dune. I kept my Weather tech black mats but think I'm going to sell them and get the tan ones. Man I love the color interior!

I have the Weathertech in Tan. They don't match. I will take photos tomorrow and post them up and let you decide.

I have tan interior and tan weather techs. They also don't match but it's still a shade of tan and dosent look bad.. I think black weathertechs would look weird with tan. You will completely forget about your floor mats after a week.

I put the black Husky Weatherbeaters in my Cocoa/Dune interior. IMO there is plenty on black on this interior (console, door handle surrounds, dash, vents, steering wheel) to compliment the black mats. Like already mentioned....in a couple of days you won't even notice the color of the mats.

I would like to see pics of the Tan weathertechs. Weathertech was supposed to send me a sample in the mail but I have yet to receive it. I don't really like black on the dark brown. I am even leaning towards the OEM Chevy Coca brown ones with bowtie and the one piece back mat. But I would really prefer the weathertech coverage.

I keep forgetting to take pics. I will try and remember to take some when I get home.

I have a GMT900 with the cocoa interior.. A little different but the colors should all be the same.

The brown looks close but the tan is definitely a different shade in the 2014

Finally. Yeah, not really the same as the GMT900 trucks. I wish it was. Loved the interior on my suburban.

Also, not as thrilled with these as I have been with prior Weathertech purchases. Both passenger and drivers mats are warped. I was hoping it would settle down but they have yet to do so. The back mat is perfect and covers underneath the rear seat in addition to the foot area.
