Hello all from "new" GMC driver in Colorado

Hello all,

I just bought a '99 GMC suburban for my work ride (replacing a 2005 dodge grand caravan.) I changed jobs in April (left corporate job) and now I work for myself taking care of property maintenance needs around the Denver Metro area. I maxxed out the minivan within 2 months and upgraded to the size and power of the GMC. However, being on a budget and all, I decided to get an older version and eventually save up for something newer (with that purchase still some years off, I think...)

 

So that's the start of my GMC Suburban story- I'll ask shortly (In another thread) about leaking rear heater connection under vehicle (passenger side mid-vehicle ((not at firewall.))

I'll have some questions about the "load deck" when all rear seats fold as flat as possible. My middle seat is a bit stubborn...

Then two other topics- buying a ladder rack that fits above the luggage rack.

and possibly exploring trailer lengths (8' or 10' or longer???) to haul around windows, plywood, sheetrock, trash, debris, etc...
