TURN OFF the Seatbelt Chime

There are other threads on these boards about this.  Here is my solution I posted in those:

First -- as people said above there is a TSB that instructs the Techs on how to lower the chime volume.  Unfortunately it helps but the software doesn't let them entirely disable it.

Next -- for the best of both worlds get one of these:

https://www.seatbeltextenderpros.com/chevrolet-silverado-seat-belt-extender/

They are the only company that is safety certified in both the US and UK.

Get the 3" Rigid in the color that matches your factory buckle and leave it plugged in all the time.  You get chime disable and for those preaching about using your seatbelt you just buckle it up like normal.

I use my seat belt all the time but many times I start the truck before I buckle up and was sick of hearing the chime.  I have been using these for over 2.5 years now and love them.  They stop the chime when I turn the key and the extra length also makes it easier to snap the buckle (you don't need to reach way down beside your hip).
