2017 Silverado 2500 WT Radio Issue

I just got a 2017 Silverado 2500 WT for work and its got the very basic radio with the small screen. No bluetooth, no nothing. I connect my phones (ive tried two) to the usb port in the center console and every song has moments that sounds like a CD skipping I have tried different sources within my phones too, its not my music. The interface lags and is really slow too. Does anyone know if a software update or anything that will fix this issue?

In for the comments, as I'm having the same issue with mine. Does it when playing music via bluetooth too.
