I ended up getting the non-LT 275/60r20 ridge grapplers. I wanted the 275/65/20 or 285/60/20 ridge grappler, but they only came in a LT load rating. I wanted to maintain that comfy factory ride for a little longer. When these tires wear out, I’ll probably go up to the larger size.

Forgive me but what is LT tires? Those look bigger than factory for some reason - that’s the same size as factory. I’m looking at BFG KO2 285x60x20 or 295x65x20. Also, the 1” level looks perfect but the local shop has a special on 2” levels. Which tire would look best do you think?

Just fyi, I have an LTZ Z71 Dmax with a 1” level and I can get my right front to rub at full lock in reverse. 275/60/20, 20x9 0 offset. I couldnt believe it when i heard it but it has happened a few times now. I would caution against going bigger unless you opt for a bigger leveling kit but with my 1” my truck is damn near level.

Basically LT tires are stiffer and heavier, but they have a higher load capacity. And sometimes the LT tires also look more agreesive because of deeper treads.

For the Ridge Grapplers, they make two 275/60r20 tires. One is the Non-LT and the other is LT. In my screenshots, for the same sizes, you can see how the LT version is about 12lbs heavier for each tire and how it also deeper treads.

295/65/20 is going to be a big tire. I don’t know if that would clear. But ive seen a guy on here with 295/60/20 and a 2” level, and it looked really good. I really like the look of the 285/60/20, but they only come in LT rating.

Cool thanks for clarifying. So 285/60/20 is going to be my best bet with a 2” level. BFG KO2

LT = Light Truck

P = Passenger

LT will be heavier due to its construction, stronger sidewall, better for towing and off road. Passenger a softer more comfortable on road ride but less capable towing/off road.

Yea probably so. You might be able to squeeze 295/60/20 if you wanna go a little larger. But I’d definitely avoid 295/65/20 with only a 2” level.

I’m not gonna lie I have had my truck for about 3 weeks now. And the further I have looked I to it I would do this. I went had this lift on my Titan Xd and loved it. I Didn’t realize they had it for the 2020. It will give you a great ride and clearance. But that being said I do really like my 2 min n rc leveling kit. The price and the ride with the way it looks is hard to pass up. Specially if you can get a deal. Either way you will love it. But if you want larger tires, consider the below.*** (As long as you don’t have the duramax this is for the 1500)

In that pic yes a 2 inch ready lift. I changed it after that to a 3 inch icon.

Just got the 2 inch Readylift level installed. Very happy with it. Didn't notice much change in the ride quality, which was something that I was worried about.

I want to keep the truck as stock as possible. Looking to add 1.5 inch wheel spacers and maybe change out the tires. Trying to stay away from a heavy 10 ply tire. I've ran Duratracs mostly, and had them in a 35" on my previous Ram. Any recommendations on a 285/60/20?

Here is my 2020 1500 4x4 Duramax. I have 2” Rough Country top coil spacer and 2”block on the rear with shock extension I put 35/12.50R20. I trimmed very minimal on the inner portion of the mud flap. Other then that i like the way it sits.

More photos please! Looks good though! I have the 2 inch Zone Off-road top spacer sitting in the garage waiting to go in just need a day off to do it !
