Information 4wd off message

Having a 4wd issue not sure whats goin on. Truck seems to not be goin into 4wd can hear the actuator trying. The selector knob shows its in an shifting in an out then get a information message that 4wd is off. An no code are showing. Havent been able to find anyone else with this issue. Tried pulling the 4wd trec fuse an battery.

Maybe it's used for what a pick-up truck was originally designed for and it's not a boulevard queen.  Welcome and Merry Christmas to the OP.

What was your solution? Same thing happened to me today. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of info regarding solutions out there
