Radio keeps rebooting

I wonder if these radio units tend to fail over time?  over two weeks of no XM and a constant reboot every 15-20min regardless if I'm running radio, bluetooth, plugged in carplay, etc.

An email was sent to the so called support email over a week ago with no response.  So much for wanting to help.

My local dealer had my truck (2020 Sierra) all day today and could not determine anything relating to my radio issues.  Still No XM (shows loading or "no content"), radio freezes or reboots about every 15-20min while driving.  not sure what to do at this point...might be time to dump this heap.
