Infotainment System not turning off

Just bought a brand new 2020 Trail Boss two days ago. Today I noticed that the radio/infotainment system is not turning off when the engine is shut off and the driver door opens, which should typically turn it off. Taking it to the dealer tomorrow to get it checked out. Anyone else have this issue? If so, were they able to fix it long term or is this a reoccurring issue? Thanks!

Make sure there isn’t an update mine was doing this when there was an update

Were you able to update it yourself or did you have to bring it into the shop?  I'd rather update it myself if I can without having to bring it in. Thanks!
