Hello, I recently built built a headache rack for my truck and then had a lot of interest regularly about it. The local dealer asked if I would build more, the powder coater asked the same, and I get regular interest on the street.

I wanted something low pro so that I could still fit my truck camper without removing the headache rack.

I have a background in welding fabrication for about 15 years and now work as an electrical  engineer.

My question is if I were to do a batch of 10-15 of these who would be interested. As of now I would target $1300 powdercoated and shipped but that may change as I dig deeper. One color and no mods.

I really focused on it matching the lines of the truck well. It looks factory. Another note it's that my mounting approach requires no holes drilled into the bed. Made from 120 wall 2x3 and 1/4 angle so this thing is STOUT!

I also think this should fit 1/2 ton trucks.

anyways ask questions and I am happy to add any photo request.

Looks good! I just reworked my canoe rack that I fabbed back in the 80s (for a S15) so I could use it in my 2024 2500HD.
