Going to order the truck next month and trying to decide between black, red or the gray?I have had a lot of black trucks over the years and love it I’m just not sure all blacked out isn’t worn out on me now seems like there are soo many trucks like that on the road. The darker red looks nice with the raised hood being black and the black rims. The gray looks good to me also with the contrast with the black.Help me decide lol any comments will be appreciated.

Cajun Red Tin coat if they still offer it imo. It is by a far margin the best actual color option gm has had with their horrible paint selection you get with these trucks today.

Cypress Gray is pretty slick on the Trail Boss.

Radiant Red is always a solid pick too

Ahh Radiant Red it is then for my pick. 👍 I do like that crimson grey though too, but that darker metallic red really pops in the sun imo...

I wish had the option for Northsky Blue Metallic (their best color) or a charcoal grey, but had to summit white on my 25 AT4.

Sterling grey looks like a dull grey to me.

Black is beautiful but a b**** to maintain.

Rams Delmonico red is 1000 better looking than radiant red in my opinion.

I think all of the color options on a Ram 1500 are better than what we get from GM. But not worth testing my luck over a color.

I have Sterling grey. It`s heavy metallic in it`s make up. It looks silver in the sun and a light grey on cloudy days. Nice color. I`m not a big red freak but, the Radiant Red looks nice. My buddy has a Radiant Red one. It looks badass when clean. It does show dirt easy.

One thing I'm not sure anyone's mentioned yet, Sterling Gray Metallic does an excellent job of looking clean, even when it's not. That may or may not make a difference to you. I almost got a Mosaic Black. I signed all the papers while they went all the way to the other side of town to bring it back from another dealer and it turned out to be black. I have a black Victory and I knew I couldn't handle washing my truck that often. They weren't happy with me that day...

I like chrome, but that's going away.

I don't like 'upscale' colors with black trim. An 'upscale' color to me is a burgundy, maroon, navy, dark brown, cream/pearl white. Typically, these 'upscale' colors would be more metallic and are better suited to chrome trim.

Likewise, the more 'blue collar' colors, plain red, blue, tan, (summit) white, gray, less metallic colors are better suited to black trim.

This is of course my very subjective opinion. I'm also tired of the overwhelming majority of cars being white, black or something in between.

Be different!

My truck is white BTW

My next one will probably be red or gray
