I was at a wedding last night and when I came out someone had put a large dent in the side of my trucks bed. They did they did not even bother to leave a note. There is no way they did not know they did it, I can see scuffs where they hit an the panel and It is pushed in a good inch at its strongest spot where the body line is about a third of the way up the bedside. All things aside is this something that can be handled by paintless dent repair as there are only 2 scratches.

Not sure if the paintless dent repair process will work - the dent runs through a body crease. Many of us can relate to coming out and finding that our vehicle has been dinged or hit in a parking lot. Some people just have no respect for others.

While it sucks, you need to take some responsibility if you want them to pay for it. In truck cameras are a must! It changes everything when you watch the video and know exactly who, when and how it all happened. My cameras record on any movement around the truck.

Until my out of production Itronics cameras gives out I will keep running them. Right now Blackvue seems to hold the lead for current production cameras.

If it's just kids (or in this case probably an inebriated party goer) a minor dent like that, your still going to eat it. Might as well just suck it up buttercup.

I've seen it happen a lot in parking lots.

I've witnessed many people open their car doors and hitting the vehicle parked next to them.

The worst offenders are moms in mini vans taking their kids out of the child seats. They swing their car door open as wide as it can go so they can have enough space to take their kids out.

If I'm parked in a parking lot I try to park away from the crowds of cars close to the entrance. That way there's a reduced risk of some other dirtbag hitting my truck with their door.

What peeves me when parking away from other cars is if I return and find some idiot parked next to me. With a parking lot of so many available parking spots why park nect to me?

But that's another discussion...
