I switched out the white center high mount lights to LED. Is the only way to have them come on is with the button on the inside of the truck? I was hoping the light would come on when unlocking the truck.

That can be done with the cargo on in reverse mod.....they will also come on while driving in reverse [emoji106]

Also helps if u need light in the back of the truck and didn't hit the switch first

I really like the look of that. Where'd you get it?

I can probably make those too!! I have a plotter and some vinyl!

I just like to point out, if you dont want glare backing up, you can always use the puddle light signal instead of the back up signal!

Do the diode trick to make them come on with reverse lights. Once you do that, they'll come on when you unlock with your fob.

Washed, clay bared, and waxed. Also ordered the driver's assist handle from my dealer.

Now, making a list of what to-do... So far: Fender flares painted to match, tonneau cover, n-fab steps, Corsa sport w/ headers, 4.5" Zone lift, and a tire that won't look too small! Something from 33-35s.

I have the Zone 4.5" lift and i run 295/60/20s. a pic will be in my sig... maybe that'll help. if i remember right the measurements on the tires are 33.9 x 11.8

Thanks for the info! I'll research the diode trick.

There's a big thread on here about it. I think it's called "cargo lights on with reverse" or something like that. It's easy.

I'm thinking about getting the underseat storage for the back seat of my truck, a Double Cab. Can anybody tell me if a gas can that's roughly 10x7 1/2x11 without the nozzle fit on one side? If not I'll just buy a smaller gas can for emergencies. The one I have seems to fit under the seat just fine, I just want to make sure it would fit in the storage.

You could rig something up and stick it in the spare battery spot under the hood maybe?

I just ended up buying a slightly smaller can that fit under there in the storage. The one I had was too big. Plus the one I did have the nozzle was a design where you can't store the nozzle in the can when not in use and that would have been sticking out towards the engine if I did what you suggest. And I wouldn't keep the nozzle off without some kind of cap to keep debris from collecting in the can.

Did you mount a switch in the cab and did the light come with wiring and a switch?

I installed the light bar with this : http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00MOQ3KIM/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o02_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1

Happy with it, was going to program it to the Homelink, but I think I would have to program one button for ON, and another for OFF, so for now I'm ok with the wireless remote.

If one button on the remote controls both on and off, then you'll only need to use 1 home link button [emoji106]

Also you can program another home link to control the strobe patterns if you have a free button and if your harness has strobe patterns. I did it Incase I ever have to use my spare set of keys since I keep the fob on my key ring
