I will just about guarantee that is a grounding issue. Not sure how common the harnesses are, try the ground under the speaker grill in the dash on the left hand side. That is where I world start...

It’s at the dealership now but they are booked until wed, I should mention I did hit a man hole moments before and my radio screen turned off for about 3 seconds so maybe it shook something lose.

Just sucks to break down in such a new vehicle

I went with the Thinkware system, I believe it is the F770. I did a lot of research, that is what I decided on...
