What fender moldings are those? And did you have them painted?

Not sure what brand they are, they came with the truck new, and were already painted.

If it helps...the 6.2 FEELS sorta close [emoji16]

They look like Bushwacker O.E. style fender flares to me they come satin black and are paint ready.  realtruck.com has them for 330ish for all for corners. Should be part # 40956-02 they offer .75” of protection if you want a little more they make one called extend a flare that has the same look but offers 1.75” protection for about 20 more bucks.

Yesterday I finally installed the Rough Country switch assembly I’ve had sitting in the truck for 3 weeks. 11623d562e0094c26a24ccb302867a3b.jpgc5cfd5df10a41ea95086c86d4221f69e.jpg7968d880ede9de3344a61109f0e5b6e7.jpg
Hopefully this week I can mount the switches. But it’s a nice set up. It senses when the battery is at something like 13 volts and shuts all the switches off so you don’t kill the battery. I’m not sure the exact voltage but I remember it around there. I bought it for $200 from my local custom shop. (J&J customs in Southington CT). I’ll get a pic of it in the engine bay when it stops raining. It’s placed in that secondary battery spot. I have to secure it still.

Neat kit. Wish that the switched were numbered rather than just plastered with repeated branding.

Thanks, wife picked the color, and I'm glad she did, it has definitely grown on me for sure.

Well...she did a great job and has me second guessing my choice of White, I don't know if GMC even sports that color?

I think they do, friend of mine wife's drives a GMC that is  the similar if not the very same color. it is Graphite Metallic. Looks great in the sun, different angles give it a slightly different color.

I will say that these do not offer hardly any protection and wish I had the larger size. I already have a few nicks down the sides from slinging small rocks.

Finally got to really test out the Eibach lift kit and Falken at3w’s in northern Wisconsin. The truck road awesome on the back roads. I tried pushing the truck a bit to see what it took to break the tires loose but they held firm. Hit some washboard ice that the truck floated over with ease!
