Changed the oil used the new wix filter part number, changed the rear diff fluid as well. Followed by a wash on friday, and had plans on polishing the wheels, corsa, and driveshaft today but this florida weather had different plans.

.. went for a short drive in 4 Hi today.. was still engaged from playing in the snow yesterday and didn't notice.. my old truck had a nice bright orange light on the dash to remind me the 4wd was on.. really easy to miss if 4wd is enabled on the Silverado

Helped the wrecker drive load my new 2018 Silverado LT crew cab.  243 miles on the odometer and no start this morning. I've had it since Thursday night. 

 

Battery hot. Tried disconnecting it for 30 minutes. Tried the up/down drivers window trick.  No clicks no hums no nada !!

 

At least the OnStar worked for me to get the wrecker coming !!

Another member had a very similar issue, check the fuse box to see if it has been mounted correctly. Not all the way tight on his IIRC...

.. changed out my wiper blades with a set of winter blades.. those little plastic tabs are a pain in the cold and the dark but I managed.. first world problems!
