it was like $5 on Amazon or something like that. I figured if it worked out, good. If not, it was $5.

Well I’ll buy that one as it’s already modified ?

Haven't posted in a while so here's the latest mods/fixes.

1. Added SDHQ A-pillar brackets with Procomp lights. They work off the factory ORL switch. Not sure if I like the look or not yet. Deer season starts today and these should help light up the roads at the property. I'm planning on adding a 30" bar behind the grill but trying to fit one with the active shutters is a pain and will take longer than the install of these. At least the wiring is already under the hood if I decide to get rid of these for the bar behind the grill.

2. Moog swaybar endlinks and swaybar bushings. These actually seem to have tightened up the front while turning.

3. No pics but I replaced the steering shaft boot that connects to the firewall. NO MORE TICKING in the cab when accelerating. Wish I would have done this sooner.

4. Added the leather shift knob. No pics again but everyone knows what it looks like.

5. My Denali cluster should be arriving Monday from WAMS so that's next.41d1c34bf083c879461dbbe7baf7ae23.jpg40e00f44b331528cf9e2ab1893042215.jpg

.. yes they are real sheepskin - I have 3 sheep in truck! 1 on each backrest (punched holes thru for headrest to keep in place and 1 cut in half for each seat bottom.. got them at Costco.

.. they are like sitting on a cloud.. form fit right to you.. warm in winter, cool in summer.. anyone who's had these on their Harley seat knows what I'm talking about.

.. detailed the exterior.. pre-winter wax - tried the Meguire's spray on hybrid ceramic wax this time.. initially impressed with it.. nice shine.. hopefully I can just add some maintenance spray on coats over the winter season.. time will tell.

Hauled some wood home with the truck. Also made it over to my FIL’s house to work on the Galaxie motor. Got some fresh paint on today.

I redeemed some of my reward points to purchase a GM bed mat. Bought a tailgate liner from weathertech, and installed a retractable Pace Edwards hard tonneau cover from etrailer.

What are you putting the 351M in ?  Had one in a 77-1/2 F-250 4 wheel drive. Ran a Crane Econopower cam with adjustable push rods and the stock 2 BBL Motorcraft carb with some wicked advance on the distributor. With 4.10 gearing and 36 in Grad Prix tires that lightweight surprised lots of folks.
