I'd be interested to know if it worked for you when get around to doing it.

It was more than worth a shot to reseat the cabling but it did not help.

I'm picking up a screen from a junkyard on monday.  Fingers crossed this fixes all of the problems.

Decided it was time for some new rubber. Upgrading over the stock Goodyear Eagle LS2. I went with the BRIDGESTONE DUELER A/T REVO 3. So far I think they look great and ride smooth. Didn't notice any road noise. Hopefully they perform just as good in the rain and snow. ?

I did the same thing when I did my DL3 upgrade, only I went with Polk Audio. I'm glad I took the time and did it together, because I am not ever planning on taking those door panels off again. Lining them up to get them back on sucks.

Aloha,

Thanks did the same thing over the weekend. I put in kicker 6x9 in the front and 6 3/4 in the rear. Added my door harness and Rzy cables along with my Elite catch can and my bds traction bars. Did you go Oem for the mirrors?

Her all done. She needs to be washed. Next step is to add a sub and crossovers.

Finally got around to eliminating rattles in the doors and underneath the top dash panel where the tweeters are. Doors made a night and day difference when heavy bass hits, and there is less wind noise down the highway. Dynamat was out of my budget and I've had good luck with Noico 80 mil from Amazon. Was in a rush so not the nicest job ?

Look's Good - ANY info on your led brake light ?? Thanks

new brake pads. 2018 crewcab with 38k miles, and just got curious if I could improve braking some, so I got a new set of PowerStop brake pads and pealed off the factory originals. Turns out they are some form of Akebono EURO Ultra-Premium ceramics based on the part number (still visible). They were not worn down too much, which was a bit of a surprise, given I think I brake hard.

Just got the new ones bedded. Decided not to replace rotors since they are hardly worn and not grooved. We'll see if there is much difference, but I guess I can always go back to factory given the condition.

Just a 25 dollar Ebay special lol I bought the thicker gasket on amazon just because of previous comments about the one that comes with it not sealing wella0fa1654368ba97be09665cbd40a2c5a.jpg

For a while, I had the door handles installed with just the regular LED that was in the door. I did a whole retrofit and bought some Profile Prism Sequential LED strips(6"). Crossed my fingers and dug(dremel/grinded) out the backside of the door handle to fit the LED strips, sealed them up and wired them back up. Now they come on with park-lamp(white) and turn signal. I did also wire up the regular LED to come on with the puddle lamp, but at night, the park lamp comes on, so it outshines the OE LED in the door :(. I did keep the option in the door to switch it out to that if the normal park-lamp LED was too bright(unless I get complaints, it' the bright LED :D ).

the reason those do not seal up is because the plastic tabs stick out farther than the seal so it can't seal up, I trimmed mine with a dremel and added some additional foam padding like you did only wider, if you compare that led housing to your old housing you will see what I mean
