Denali Instrument Cluster Resets Fixed?

Have any Denali owners had their instrument clusters fixed? If so, how? And for how long? I'm talking about the random reset problems as referenced in these threads:

Just curious as to people's success in finding a solution. Or if you've actually tried to get a fix?

 

Truck13 claims to have his fixed a couple of months ago with a cluster reprogram (OP Code #1031660 ?). But my tech contacted GM engineering and they didn't have a clue. They updated my HMI module and only made my problem worse. I scheduled another service visit and PM'd GM Service Rep Jonathon on here for more help. It's really starting to annoy me and I want mine fixed.

 

Anybody else take any actions? I'm curious as to what people have done or heard from GM with respect to this problem.

I have a 2015 Tahoe and just had to have an instrument cluster replaced. My radio/navigation system was not working first they did a system update (didn't work), then they replaced the whole radio/navigation system (didn't work) and now they say it was an instrument cluster causing those things not to work. I get it back today to we will see.

I'm not really sure yet. I think it might still have some glitches. I thought that when you open the door it "wakes up" and the my link comes across the screen before you put the key in and it hasn't done that but once all the other times it won't start until after I put the key in. And last night when I tried to use the buttons on the steering wheel to change the radio station it said there were no favorites programed even though there was, it works now though. I'm going to give it a few more days and see what happens.

After several calls to GMC Customer Service, they finally found a PI that indirectly addresses my issue. It's PI-1318A and is applicable to Denali and Corvette Instrument Clusters. I had mine reprogrammed almost two weeks ago and haven't had a reset since. I was having multiple a week, so it's looking promising so far.
