10,000 kms on 4.3 V6

I wish I would have gone with the 5.3. Even though most are getting only 16, I would have at least had the ability to say, "It's a v8 what do you expect." I pulled my first trailer today, DIC read 12 MPG. (the trailer was 1500-2000 pounds as it only had a gate on it)

 

Yeah its not bad for town driving... but thats my highway driving most of the time. Haha

 

I'm probably going to have the dealership re-flash it like they said they would do a few months ago... its just a pain to take it in.

dealership re-flash? what exactly does this help?

Honestly I have no idea, but when I called about sh*tty mileage they offered it to me.

I came across this thread again this morning. I have now exceeded 30k kms on my V6 and continue to be impressed! I have done a lot of summer time highway driving and my truck never disappoints!
