Vehicle Settings menu item

I am unable to access the "vehicle" item in my Settings menu.  It keeps telling me the vehicle must be on to access.  It is on.

Are you in Park?  You can't access that menu while the truck is moving.

 

Also the truck has to be running (not just in ACC).

It was running, and in park.  It is currently at the dealership getting checked out.  Since I just purchased it, albeit as not  new, it is still under factory warranty.  Hopefully they can figure it out.  It seems to have some other peculiar things going on, such as it is not able to find the XM antenna, and it keeps telling me the vehicle must be on to do certain menu items.  Since it is on, that seems to be a tech issue or something.  I'm going to let them figure it out.  I just want it to work.  Also, I can only get Apple CarPlay to work, via USB, and only in the port in the glove box.  The USB ports in the armrest charge, but don't sync to CarPlay.  And since my hands free microphone is not working, I can't sync up to it via BlueTooth.
