Man, you got me drooling! My LTZ needs the same love! Notice any ride difference? You gonna upgrade the tires anytime soon? I’ve been looking at the trailboss lift, but just your front level looks dang good. What do you use to make your wheels and truck shine so nicely? Thanks!

Thank you!  Honestly, I have run the RC kit on 5 different trucks now and the ride does not bother me at all.  If you are concerned with ride they make a little nicer kit that replaces the whole strut and is supposed to maintain ride.  I  personally think it rides fine.  Will upgrade tires when stocks wear out.  Used to rip them off immediately, but have mouths to feed these days!  Nothing special on wheels and tires.  soap and water on wheels and meguiars on the tires.

Are most of you guys installing the block leveling kits or using the Rough Country front strut replacements?

I did the Ready Lift SST kit which includes front upper control arms to correct geometry (for AT4 and Trail Boss), spacers and spring perch adjustment along with 1/2" taller blocks in rear (3.5" vs stock 3").  Stock shocks are retained or you can upgrate to King/Fox/ICON etc.

Not sure what folks are doing for standard trucks, sorry if that is what you are asking.

Most level kits for AT4 and Trailboss to not included upper control arms, see this video to understand why they are needed:

We finally got some sun to wash her up and take a picture. 2" leveling kit with KO2's. I've run this setup on all my trucks. Love it.

Thanks for that, mine is just an SLT so I'm looking at the non-AT4/TB model information.

Did the UCAs bring in the inner tire wall closer to the ball joint?  I don't know about yours, but mine was pretty close after the 1.5" level already

2019 LTZ Z71 with GM 2" factory TrailBoss lift and 1.5" Rough Country leveling kit.  Love the stance now.  Next up....Ridge Grapplers and 1.5" wheel spacers.  Maintains just the perfect amount of rake in my opinion.

so are cv with that kit just longer?....or do they lay flatter?.....seems like a good idea though, what about the differential at 3.5 in?.....you gonna just leave it or drop it a bit at some point

really though that is perfect height for me, and I don't mind a bit of rake...I just don't want to cut my truck up with lift from zone, bds, etc

Yes, CVs are longer.  I just took a 300 mile round trip to Dallas over the weekend literally as soon as I picked it up from having the level installed.  It drives fantastic.  No shimmys or shakes and front-end alignment is perfect.  No complaints at all.  Should be good and settled by now too after 300 miles....front is a little less than 1/2" lower than rear.  I'm happy.

Yeah You truck looks great Lapoolboy. Im sure it's tall. I test drove a LT trail boss before I bought my 2020 RST. I remember the bed was up to my neck. I"m happy with the 1.5 level in front and 1.25 in the rear. 1.5 shouldn't tax the front end components to much either.  It's just right. Still might get those Rought Country Leveling struts some day. Until then I'm good.
