Toyo Open Country MT Size Help

Hello, I was looking to get some help deciding on a size tire for my 2019 Silverado RST. I was looking to throw on a 1.5" leveling kit for the time being, and go to King coilovers with control arms at some point down the road. I know that with a level, I can't go too crazy for a size, so I was looking to pair a set of Method MR315's in either 17x8.5+0 or 17x9-12 with the following Toyo Open Country MT tires:

I know that the 285/70R17 C rated tires would be the best riding, and fit no problem, I'm just worried they will wear fast because of only being 6 ply. But I like the looks of the 285/75 and 295/70. What I am trying to do is find a decent sacrifice of weight (I know they are the heaviest tires, I don't need to be reminded), comfort (relative), and size (I have the 5.3, 8 speed, 3.23 gears, I don't want it to be a dog or hunt for 8th gear on the highway).

Anyone have any opinions? I know I don't really "need" the Toyo's, but man are they the best looking tire I have ever seen. I'm also considering the Falken Wildpeak AT3W in the following sizes:
