Installed 1.75" Bora spacers on 2020 Custom Trail Boss. Fit was PERFECT! Had to slightly hit spacer on pilot hub with butt of my hand. Absolutely recommend this brand!

No Trimming Required! ? I went out and snapped a quick photo. 2" clearance on front edge , 1/2" clearance on rear edge. Factory 18" wheels and tires.

So, .375” spacers are ok you run on 20” AT4 OEM wheels without any stud grinding? Just looking to move the tire a bit away from the UCA when I step up to 275/65R20’s.

I’m running 295/70R18 tires on my stock Trail Boss... I like the look of the tires being slightly wider than the fenders... would spacers make my tires rub beyond what some minor trimming would fix?

1.5" Coyote spacers.  No lug trimming due too grooves already machined into the 18" rims

Can you put a photo of front and back, stuck between 2” & 1.5”

Go with the 2”. I went with the 1 1/2”. I do like it but the 2” I think would look nicer. But it’s all objective. I think once I change my tires to something a bit beefier it will help and I may be completely happy with the 1 1/2”. I have the coyote as well with no issues

I’m not looking for as much of a beefier look. I have the same running boards as you and more so want my tires to be flush/stick out a tad further then them as for the fenders aswell. Just wanted to see what it looked like from the front/back with the running boards

Okay so hopefully this helps someone. I went ahead and installed BORA 1.5in spacers on my stock Trail Boss running 295/70/18 Falken Wildpeaks on factory wheels. Here’s how it looks. There’s no rubbing because I manscaped the wheel well (mud flap and bracket mod).

I just received my 1.5” wheel spacers went to put them on with my stock 275/65R18 and the centre flange was a tight fit when I put them on my wheels, when I torque/tighter my lug nuts will it pull it through so it sits flush? Asking for a friend

This is the exact same tire size and wheel spacer size I was planning.  I’ve even got the same wheels, looks awesome.  I’ll probably do it this coming Fall ??

Is this just a level kit?  Or do you have a bit of a lift going on here?

It’s a nice stance.  Not too extreme, just enough 🙂

That looks nice I don't get the whole tires hanging 67 feet out of the wheel well look.
