With how much effort?  You probably aren't going to find a bolt-in one, due to differences between 1500 and 2500 frames, so you probably need to move the spring perches and shock mounts, and then the u-joint will be different.

Wrong... lol. You just need one from a gmt800 3/4 ton... bolts right in. The driveshaft might need to be shortened and you will need a conversion u joint for the 14 bolts yoke.

Search is your friend... even has pretty pictures lol.  This guy went the extra mile getting custom 6 lug hubs so he didn't end up with 2 different lug patterns on the truck.

I’m fine with two different wheel lug patterns rn. I’m just wondering if I pull a 10.5” 14 bolt off of a dually would I be able to switch the hubs to make it a SRW instead of DRW?

It won't look right, as the axle width is different.  DRW with a bed is wider than SRW, which is wider than a DRW cab&chassis axle.

You can cut and adjust about anything to fit. The real question is why bother? A more reasonable upgrade would be a bolt in disc brake half ton (9.5" I think) from a newer half ton.

Personally, I'm good with the 8.6" and drums.

Don't forget the heavy half tons.  It would be easier to add the Saginaw 9.5 14-bolt semi-floater which is plenty strong for a half-ton.
