My question is how do you manage to screw that up, in the first place? This style of head unit isn't exactly new technology.

Sigh, GM... Nice to know that the hard reset has worked for people, though.

I just traded in my '21 Colorado for a '22 canyon and both trucks have this issue.   But, I see that there may be some things to try in this thread.  So I'll give em a try.
