Radio keep losing EQ settings

Been fine since October 12. Hard reset fixed it.

My question is how do you manage to screw that up, in the first place? This style of head unit isn't exactly new technology.

I just traded in my '21 Colorado for a '22 canyon and both trucks have this issue.   But, I see that there may be some things to try in this thread.  So I'll give em a try.
