I have some stations going up sharply and others falling a bit. Same chain too. Making little sense at the moment.

We're supposed to have gas under $2 in some areas of the country according to at least one source. Anyone see it yet? Asking for a friend...

A few have dipped below $3 but as many over $3.48 :( Our new gas tax took effect yesterday. Only a few cents more but made us second only to California in gas tax rate.

In my ex-home state of Washington the then democratic governor and legislature instituted a carbon tax on top of the high gas tax several years ago. My daughter still lives in her home town there and gas runs about $4/gallon in her area. The carbon tax was instituted to build electric charging stations, so far the state has raked in 3 billion carbon tax dollars and just completed building it's first charging station at a cost of around $900,000, about on par with the federal green scam's record on building charging stations. With the exception of the military, our federal government and many states are so much more efficient than the private sector, hardy, hardy,ho.

E85 $2.28. Tested at E80. Premium 93 seems frozen at $3.99 for the last year so I’m glad I don’t need it.

$2.17 E-85 test E-75 at BP in Rochelle. Cheapest 93 is a Shell in Rochelle at $3.90. Mobil is up around $4.68. Most other in the $4.25 range.

Saw stations today at $2.89 for 87 E-10.

Ok I must be seeing things. Krogers in Montgomery. I thought it was 2.59 when I pulled in. It definitely was 2.79 when I was leaving. I alternate between the Odyssey and the Ridgeline during the week. When gas goes down I fill up. So if I’m not taking a trip I can go awhile between fill ups. My wife’s Genesis I have to fill every Sunday.

E85 pricing within even 25 miles is nuts. $2 to $3+. They all get it from the same plant a few miles down state.

Yesterday I was near Kewanee Ill. Every station within 20 miles of there and in that town had identical prices on every product. LOL. (da fix is in) And the highest in a dozen counties. I've noticed that the poorest districts in our state also have the highest gas prices, highest food prices and the fewest services. Why steal from the poor?

I've also noticed that the quickest way to see lower gas pricing is to have a LOVES truck stop spring up. There's some downward pressure.
