This started several GM updates ago. My Android phone says it is connected, but from the truck, it says it can't connect.  I have deleted the phone and resynced it, I have done a hard reset on the infotainment system (works for a couple of starts), I have tried BT and USB.

Have you updated the phone version?   I had that issue when I first got truck and updating the phone fixed that.

I am on the latest and it keeps saying on my phone that it is connected, but from the truck when I try and connect it fails 80% of the time.

What about family members/friends?

I'm thinking maybe it has to do something with your phone🤔

I'm having similar issues, though, mine is more like a 50% success rate. I've cleared cache, restarted both phone and infotainment system, and forgot and repaired phone. Mine does work with a cable, but frustratingly very hit or miss with Bluetooth. It's a 2025 and worked reliably until about six weeks ago. Suggestions greatly appreciated.
