+27. If your wanting to lift using a BDS lift I can assure that you will be fine. Can't speak on other lifts as I chose BDS.

Can anyone confirm what the stock 2014 GMC Sierra All Terrain 20" wheel offset/backspace is? Bought the truck slightly used and it has after market 20x9+30 wheels and i want to see if i can do a set up similar to the guys running the stock rims.

Thanks

I had a leveling kit installed and I felt like the front looked a little too high so I put a 2" block on the rear. Here is stock, leveled and 2" block added to the rear.

I made an animated gif of the 3 images to try to make the differences more noticeable.

I love my rancho's quick lifts and 9000xl rears ride way better than stock

Good to know. I'm going to have to stalk you to see what the stance on your truck looks like :)

1.5" matches the rear wheels to the front perfectly.

So you didn't have to use spacers on the front with your lift? I just got the BDS 6" lift with fox coilovers and the installer said in order for me to use my factory All Terrain wheels i'd have to run spacers in the front and then in the back if I wanted it to match up.

I don't have a picture right now because i'm out of town on a business trip, but my front and rear wheels stick out WAY more than yours do. I wouldn't think so, but would the coilover system increase track width over the standard 6" BDS kit?

I have a 4" BDS which is essentially the same as the 6" and I also have coilovers and factory 20" wheels. The front track width is pushed out only about an inch or so. So ordinance is correct, a 1.5" spacer in the rear should match up with the front. Also no spacers req'd for the front with factory wheels. At least for 20" wheels but I'm pretty sure you're fine with any factory wheel. Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response. I haven't had much time to spend checking things out on the truck just yet. I picked it up and drove it to the airport and then left. but when I get home i'll check it out and see what kind of spacers he installed. I don't know if running spacers front and rear is just something they prefer or maybe they think it looks best with spacers.

I was able to get a friend to snap a pic and send it to me and I also forgot I snapped a picture at the shop.

Absolutely not. The factory 20" wheels fit the 6" kit just fine and with 35/12.50R20 MT's they don't rub anywhere at any time. The only place you need spacers are on the rear and that's only if the fact that the fronts stick out a little more than the tears bothers you!

Your truck looks really good by the way!

Truck looks super good, but yeah you definitely don't need spacers. I personally don't run any on my truck just out of preference so it's totally optional for you as well.

I noticed not very many of you suggested or are using ICON lifts for your trucks. Is there a reason? I'm only wanting to lift mine no more that 4 inches. A couple of buddies of mine with Tacos recommend ICON. It seems to me, they're to many lift to choose from. I want the best ride since I do daily the truck too. I still want the functionality of a truck with a 2 car trailer. I also go camping and looking at a new Tepui tent setup. If anyone can point me in the right directions it would be grateful. I won't be changing rims just tires but stock dimensions or close to it.

Well I have heard icon is pretty good, pretty pricey but all quality stuff is. I noticed you were considering a 4" lift and stock wheels. I opted for the BDS 4" kit with fox coilovers and I am super happy you can order the whole package from BDS. I'm also running factory wheels. The front track will increase slightly so expect that for pretty much any lift. Here's a pic so you can get an idea. If I can answer any questions hit me up.

A lot of Jeeps and Toyotas running ICON around my area. Very capable suspension.

Very nice setup you have there, I have just about the same truck. Mines just a double cab. I've heard a lot of good things about ICON. I did see the price was a bit higher than most but i would like the best bag for my buck. We all do.
