I have a 2014 sierra with blue reverse lights and blue license plate LEDs just wondering if I could put blue LEDs for the brake lights and if it's legal to do or not

Yea I also got the blacked out tail lights so it probably wouldn't look any good

What about the led lights in the cab can they be changed to blue?

I'm sure it's possible, but I haven't seen anyone on here attempt to change them yet. You could be our beta tester!

Since they're LEDs, they might be soldered in, which could make it a pain in the ace to change. The cheap alternative is to color the tip of bulb with a blue marker. I did similar to my first car when I was a kid.. it actually worked pretty well, but if you try it have some alcohol pads close by to wipe it off in case you mess up! ha

Why would you want blue reverse lights? the idea of reverse lights is to see behind you when backing up! This and blacking out taillights are two of the dumbest mods to do. Might as well go for the stupid trifecta and smoke your headlights too!

They are gone now. Had them for almost two years and needed a change. Hopefully you can find a look that wont bore you in a year or 2

I done my Taillights myself using spray tint

Looks good man. And honestly, I didn't think that blue LED reverse lights sounded like a good idea at first, but after seeing the picture you posted they aren't too bad. Look pretty bright. And I agree that you should smoke or tint the 3rd brake light. But I would keep that as light as possible. Just to keep it the most visible but still match it to the tailights. And the blue license plate bulb are not illegal where you live? I know here in LA any blue light on the outside of the vehicle (not sure about the reverse lights though) is considered illegal becuase it's an emergency vehicle color. So cops in my area of LA love to pull over people with blue lights
