Haha! Yea my wife has driven mine once with me in the passenger seat an my anxiety was thru the roof! But yesterday, during Thanksgiving, i was on the phone with relatives, when my wife said "im taking the truck to the store" and i really wasnt paying attention as i was distracted by my conversation, only to hang up a few mins later and realize what had happened... all was ok, but that still didnt stop me from doing a thorough walk around inspection afterwards lol

Lol. I was in the passenger seat and still walked around checking as I went to open the door for her to get out [emoji23]

For looks really. Makes the truck seem taller. I mean it has the advantage of more front end clearance. But i am told you do actually lose 1-2mpg on the hwy without it

I did, and so did the originator of this thread. Way back to page 1.

Yessir. Thats the way i have mine wired. Unlock via remote (or turn on dome lights manually by the interior switch) and the lights illuminate. Luckily since these lights are so bright, they light up the running board steps, as well as the ground

Do you guys track the trucks using the onstar app too. I'm not gonna say I've done that before but I'm also not gonna deny it either. Haha

Yu.... i mean No. Of course not lol.

But when my mother asked "how far is the store?" My instinctual answer was "she should be back by now" haha

Lol I always track it first when I feel like I forgot to lock it an hour after getting out, can't deny it. Also was on vacation once with my girl and truck was left home with my family. My truck is my truck, no one else drives it [emoji16] so I tracked it at random times to see if it was being used [emoji23]

Haven't installed yet obviously lol, but just ordered some rear drop shackles, new hid's and ballasts and some more misc. lights for the truck. Gotta love the deals right now.
