Well... My truck just stopped while driving.

I started my truck and was on my way for 40 mile trip.  I turned my signal on to make a pass, the wipers came on.  Service stabiltrack came on and went off.  So I kept driving and I got on my brakes as someone was getting on the highway... Radio flashes and services stabiltrack flashes again.  Finally and thankfully as I got t to my destination, I turned down the street and then the truck just died...

Earlier in the week, Service stabiltrack flashed when I was going in reverse... I will search the forum, but damn GM. I was hoping I was going to have a trouble free experience.

Thanks, Jim!
Did you have it professionally installed?
I'm looking at doing that, as well, since I've never tackled upholstery (I'm mainly just a driveway wrencher)

I did have them installed for $450.
I'm sure it's more now but check around auto upholstery shops. Or even a regular upholstery shop, (one that does furniture) .
You could do it yourself probably you seem pretty handy. You must know your way around the garage you did your body lift yourself[emoji373]

Thanks, Jim, I appreciate your confidence in my skills. I, also, did my initial 2" RC level - the rest, I had done by a shop. I had to do the body lift myself because no one, locally, wanted to do it - very time consuming, as I found out.
I've been wrenching for years from Corvettes to Jags to MGs to old C-10 Chevy trucks, and more. The interior is, probably, something I could figure out but, as a first timer in this arena, I'm taking your route with a professional install.

Couple weeks ago at about 36,700 miles, I noticed a little piddle of liquid on my driveway since it's a fairly clean driveway I pick up on leaks right away (pet peeve) and sure as ****** it was the water pump, it was a pretty minor leak but I had been noticing some "noise" and had been thinking it was the vacuum pump since those are known to develop some noise issue's never considered the water pump, so I went ahead and ran a errand I had to do across town, after I got there I decided I better look under the hood before I head back home and dam that water pump was TRASHED pulley all wobbling like it was barely hanging on lol, limped it to the dealer and they replaced it under warranty,  surprising water pumps usually make it at least 150k or so... received the AJT fob case but haven't assembled it yet I normally only use the factory fob during the winter because of the automatic heated seat function, my viper remote does not activate the heated seats but the ac function of course works with it.

Yep, I recently had that same experience this past winter around 95k. The saving grace with the whole situation is that they are incredibly easy to change. :)

Just posting today, but I installed my new bumper over the weekend.  I raptor lined the bumper and painted the inserts red.  Before  I put the new bumper on, I textured the corner of the truck behind the bumper and under the tailgate.  Finally I painted my tips on my muffler to make them a glossy black over the matte black. I am going to raptor line the side steps next.

Quite honestly, don't cannot believe how thin and cheep the stock bumper is...

Nice. I just bought a raptor liner spray kit. I got my skid plates and installed them, then saw someone line-x their skid plate. My local shop(one of them) must be smoking crack, they wanted $250 each(there are 2 plates) and they are only 23x32 inches each. Another shop said between $100-200 each.. sheesh.. I paid $350 to have my bed line-x with UV protection when I bought my truck new.. oh well..

Yeah sometimes you pay for the convenience...  I think it's a prep work that takes a good amount of time and you just have to spray good after that.  I'm pretty happy with my results. I'm going to spray my running boards as soon as the weather clears up. Probably use the rest of it to hit my toolbox a little bit.

Yup, I get it. Just the price difference from doing a whole bed to my two small skid plates got me.. lol..
They got to make money.

Installed a 32" LED light bar behind the grille and wired up a couple switches. The rock light switch has nothing to power on yet though. ba4cec086ac3972fb993cf4414719df8.jpg248880c745a1e78f9f6ab04d76dd3a91.jpg513e9e9549a48212931594c6cb6e1c3a.jpg
